Refund and Returns Policy

Guarantee of Satisfaction

With a 99% satisfaction rating Padraig King is one of the most trusted consulatbts and trainers alibve today.

If you are not fully satisfied with your appointment or an event you have attended then please let Padraig King know immediately. He will do his best to resolve whatever issues you have raised and  where it is agreed that he can not satidsfy you 100% then eitrher a full refund for appointments or a 50% refund for events attended  will be issued. Remember that once a refund has been initiated it may take 10 working days to travel through the banking system. 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your appointment  or event then no refund is possible.

To be eligible for a return, you must have attended and participated fully at your appointment / event.  You must lodge your complaint within 24 hours of the appointment / ebven buy email to padraig@king.ie

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards / Certificates and Vouchers
  • Downloadable products
  • Access to online resources such as videos, audios and documents. 
  • Coaching sessions 
  • Webinars and online presentations

To complete your return, we require that you include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to Padraig King until a refund has been agreed. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any refund that has not been notified in writing to mPadraig King within 24 hours of delivery. 

Refunds

Once your refund request  is received we will send you an email to  notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days, less a handling fee of 10% which covers banking charges nd processing fees. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank / credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift for you when sent to you, then no refund is possible. 

Returning Physical Items

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Always use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and no refund will be issued until the physoical item has been received by Padraig King’s office.
