Up to lunchtime on the 6th of August 1990, my life was the best!  The sun seemed to shine on everything I did. I was happily married and had a job that I really enjoyed and was good at.

Then, unexpectedly, everything changed.

Then a driver came out of nowhere and collided with us.

Thankfully, we all walked away from that accident, but that was the last time that I walked properly for about two years.

Once the shock wore off and my “extensive soft tissue” injuries set in, I was bent, twisted, and could only manage a shuffled walk. I was concussed for at least a month and the mental exhaustion and brain fog remained ….

However, the real story only begins in Autumn 1992 when physiotherapy and other therapies had given me only temporary relief, and I was still munching pain killers and shuffling along like someone many years older. A friend mentioned that Esther O Hanlon might be able to help me. While I knew nothing about Esther, or what she did,  I was desperate for relief from the pain and stiffness, so I went to see her.

Inside of 30 minutes Esther had used her knowledge of the 14 magic muscles to completely reset my body, cleared my mind, and got me walking correctly with my full stride. It was miraculous, and within a few more sessions more I didn’t need to see her again.  That would have been it but I hurt myself, putting out the bins and lifting them rather than rolling them! She had me right as rain again in no time. 

Esther introduced me to the 14 Magical Muscles that had changed my life, but what happened next became really exciting.
