What is Touch for Health?

Touch for health is an alternative health system that helps you to balance posture, attitude and life energy for the greater comfort, vitality and enjoyment of your life.

Touch for Health falls under the branch of alternative and complementary therapy known as kinesiology -a system of healing that uses manual muscle bio-feedback to determine which stimuli stress the body and how that stress can be decreased.

Touch for Health does not treat or diagnose symptoms, but works with the energy, lifestyle and aspirations of the client, offering a safe and effective way to maintain health, enhance well-being and upgrade performance.

Touch for Health Level I is open to everybody.

The person who has no prior knowledge about muscles/anatomy/posture or Chinese acupuncture energy theory will learn all they need to know in this short course to make significant changes possible.

 Many massage therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, therapists, coaches, etc., find TFH useful in their practices, and for client education.

CPD hours

Many professional bodies recognise the value of this training and award 16 class hours CPD training to participants at each level.

Touch for Health is the foundation course for many professions and most kinesiologists learn TFH during their training.

What will I learn?

Where is the Training?

This training will take place on July 4thand 5th and continue on July 11th AND 12th in The Spool Factory Training and Event Centre, Boyle, County Roscommon in Ireland. 

Boyle is ideally situated for international travel and those  travelling within Ireland. Boyle is well served with National Routes N4 and N61, mainline train and bus routes as well as being just two hours from Dublin and Shannon airports and less than an hour from Ireland west Airport. 

The Spool Factory is a modern purpose built training, meeting and event facility which is fully accessible and a pleasure to learn and work in.

His approach is student centred and focuses on helping you to become proficient, calm, confident as you efficiently and effectively use the techniques of Touch for Health to eliminate pain, stiffness and blockages that have restricted you and those you assist.

Padraig King delivers Training, Coaching and Consultations in Exam Preparation, Concentration, Memory, Brain Gym, Brain Optimisation, Postural and Developmental Reflexes, Kinesiology, Touch for Health, Stiffness and Pain Elimination, Physical Flexibility and Freedom, Stress Management, Mental Wellness, Peace of Mind, and in Personal Development since 2000

He helps clients through phone, video and Zoom calls.
